Zykay is a civic platform for creating and participating in verified petitions and surveys. Identity verification is ensured by Zykay technology (zero-knowledge proof) guaranteeing the principle of "one person, one vote".

3. Registration and verification

  • Browsing access is free and open
  • Participation (creation, signing, voting) requires identity verification via Zykay
  • Verification attests that you are a real, adult, and unique person on the platform
  • Each individual may only have one verified account

4. User commitments

By using Zykay, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information during verification
  • Not create multiple verified accounts
  • Not publish illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful content
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Not attempt to circumvent verification or security mechanisms
  • Use the platform fairly and in accordance with its civic purpose

5. User content

Petitions and surveys created by users are their responsibility. Zykay SAS reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, without notice or compensation.

By publishing content on the platform, you grant Zykay SAS a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to distribute this content as part of the platform's operation.

6. Zykay's liability

Zykay SAS uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the platform. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Moderation

Zykay SAS reserves the right to moderate content published on the platform and to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms. Users may report inappropriate content to contact@zykay.fr.

9. Changes to terms
